These terms and conditions apply to all orders. Orders made before 5PM (Mon-Fri) are processed and dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 5PM are processed and dispatched the next working day.

• UK Standard Delivery (MAINLAND & NI) £3.95

Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed for service. Estimated delivery 2-3 working days.

• UK 1st Class Delivery £4.95

Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed for service. Estimated delivery 1-2 working days.

• UK Next Day (MAINLAND & NI ON ORDERS BEFORE 5PM) Delivery £6.95

Only available Mon - Thursday. Orders are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®. Orders placed before 5PM are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.Please note that this is not a guaranteed Saturday delivery service, this service is only guaranteed Monday-Friday.

• Click and Collect FREE

We offer a Click and Collect in-store service by which you (the customer) may purchase an order online and it will be available to collect in-store within an HOUR of purchase confirmation (if ordered before 4pm).

Our Click and Collect service is only available from our HUDDERSFIELD store;

To collect your order please bring with you a valid form of ID and your digital receipt or order number.

Please Note:

 

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option.
