Love Island has been back in our lives for over a week now and the much loved show has definitely not disappointed with bringing the drama! Just incase you have missed an episode or two (erm… where have you been?!), we have devised the Love Island Rewind on the top moments that have happened so far…
Love Island X Brexit
Love Island is not something you would typically associate with Brexit, but the show does like to surprise us. One of the most talked about moments of the series comes after Islander Hayley Hughes claimed she had no idea what Brexit was…?!
Of course the statement sparked a lot of controversy over social media. But, if we have learnt anything from Love Island’s political segment, its that Brexit is not about cutting down trees. Oh, and Hayley loves holidays.
Dr Alex George… Need we say more
Alex George a.k.a the nations favourite doctor, has been unlucky in love so far. Despite being the perfect gentleman he has faced rejection from near enough all of he girls. Don’t worry though Alex, you have rightly earned a place in the hearts of girls up and down the country.
Fingers crossed things start to look up for Alex from now on.

Twitter went into a frenzy on Monday night (Jun 11), after the show revealed a clip of a very angry Rosie confronting the other half of her couple, Adam. Social Media was swamped with fans trying to guess what Adam did to make Rosie so upset. Turns out this years ‘bad boy’ had been trying it on with new girl Megan behind Rosie’s back… tut tut Adam!
Like everyone else we were sat in front of our TV’s at 9pm sharp on Tuesday to watch the drama unfold.
Niall’s Exit
His classic one liners and love of rainbow fish made Niall one of the more popular contestants on this years Love Island. Which is why we were all so sad to hear of his unexpected departure from the show on Tuesday night (Jun 12).
We’re sure Niall will have a fab career regardless of his short time as and Islander. But for now we can laugh at the funny GIFs he has provided us with.

Just when everyone thought that Adam was the bad boy of the series, along comes Eyal. Dr Adam suffered a betrayal on Tuesday’s show (Jun 12) after Eyal kissed new girl Megan in front of Alex, whilst knowing that Alex liked her. Not to mention the kiss happened right before re-coupling (coincidence?).
